Job Description

Maxxima's Social Work team are currently recruiting for Qualified Social Workers & IRO's to fill a full-time job role in Torbay.

The roles will be based within Childrens Services, who are looking for Qualified Social Workers to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis. The pay rate for these roles is £35 - £41 and the roles will initially be a three-month contract, with the likelihood of extension.

Maximum pay rate £35, accommodation allowance available for candidates who need to take up accommodation for the duration of the contract and who are not in commuting distance. These posts can be offered for a minimum period of six months subject to satisfactory performance with a review at that 6 month point. We would request that candidates are mindful of notice periods within these front line services, and we would appreciate that a 4 week notice period could be given in order to provide stability for the service, and an effective handover for the children
