Maxxima is currently seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to fill a full time role (although 4 days may be considered) in Maidenhead. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of Older Persons mental health practices within the NHS.
The pay rate for this locum Senior Mental Health Practitioner job is £25.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is a 6 month contract due to start ASAP.
This NHS role will require you to work with health and social care colleagues within the integrated adult mental health service to deliver high quality mental healthcare within a community setting. This post will provide the opportunity to gain further skills and experience in working in a progressive and supportive Older Persons CMHT. Supervision, multi-disciplinary team support and opportunities for professional development will be provided.

Requirements of the Senior Mental Health Practitioner role:
- You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Qualified Social Worker with a current NMC pin/HCPC registration
- You must have at least 1 year post registration experience in an acute psychiatric or community setting
- You must have a good understanding of care coordination, personalisation, & safeguarding
- You must have previous experience working within the NHS
- You must have a licence and access to your own vehicle
