Job Description

Maxxima's nursing team are currently recruiting for a Registered Mental Health Nurse or a Clincal Lead to fill a permanent role in Leicestershire. Our Client has several homes across Leicestershire, locations including Market Harborough, Shepshed, Kirby Muxloe and Braunstone.

Our client are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis. The pay rate of this role is £15.30 for nurses, and £17 - £17.34 (depending on the size of the care home) for a clinical lead.

Requirements and details of this RMN/Clinical Lead perm role::

*Hours on offer: We typically have a 38.5 hour permanent contract fitting into a 12 hour shift pattern 4 days 1 week, 3 days the following week. Additional shift availability on offer at homes across the company.
*Breaks: all breaks are unpaid for example a 12 hour shift will be paid 11 hours.
*Details of holiday scheme: We pay 12.1% holiday pay on every hour that a nurse works up to a max of 167 hours per month. Salaried staff have the equivalent of 28 days holidays which is 20 days plus bank holidays - this is normally calculated in hours for ease and managed by the individual home Managers.
