Maxxima is currently seeking an experienced Recovery Support Worker to fill a full time, permanent role in Medway, Kent. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of community mental health recovery practices.

This role will require you provide a high quality of recovery focused services to a range of clients. This will include:

The pay rate for this permanent Recovery Support Worker job is £18,743.39 per annum and is a permanent contract, with flexible working including some weekends and evenings.

Requirements of the Recovery Support Worker role:
- You must have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- You must have extensive experience working in recovery, including mental health, subtance misuse, and physical disability
- You must be flexible in working evenings and weekends as required
- You must be a driver and have access to your own vehicle
