Maxxima is currently seeking an experienced TEAM MANAGER to fill a full time role in HAMPSHIRE. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of FAMILY SERVICE Practices.

The starting pay rate for these locum Social Care positions is £39 and is initially a 3 month contract with potential for extension.

This is an exciting time at Hampshire Children's Services, as we begin to restructure; combining our CIN and R&A teams to ensure a better experience for the child and family. This position will be based in Farnborough, at Rushmoor Borough Council, although you will need to travel.

You will be expected to deliver effective services through management of operations, resources, information and people. Managing a team of social workers and support staff, as well as budgets within constraints of policies, including monitoring, planning and prioritising workload across the team. You will be expected to ensure good performance within your team, showing mutual respect, and addressing any issues as they arise. You will be expected to lead staff and deliver safe, consistent management to the team. You will be expected to offer regular supervision, and ensure all cases are tracked and progressed, with sound, SMART plans in place to ensure this.

It is an exciting time and a new journey for Hampshire County Council, therefore you will be expected to commit to this role, as one of four Team Managers of four separate CASTs within the Hart and Rushmoor district.
