Job Description

Maxxima is currently seeking an experienced FULL TIME PRISON BASED ADMINISTRATOR to fill a full time role in DONCASTER. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of ADMINISTRATIVE Practices.

The starting pay rate for these locum Social Care positions is NEGOTIABLE and is initially a 3 month contract with potential for extension.

We are looking for a full time administrator to join the service at HMP Lindholme asap for around 3 months, possibly longer.
The main tasks and duties required are detailed below, although this is not exhaustive:
*Booking patient appointments
*Printing movement slips
*Taking telephone calls and liaising with clinical staff to pass messages on
*Completing systmone tasks
*Processing incoming post - including scanning it onto systmone patient records
*Taking minutes of meetings
*Providing admin support to the Mental Health Team

You would need to be familiar with systmone and have a smartcard as whilst training can be provided on the tasks, unfortunately we don't have the capacity to train you from scratch.
The working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
