Job Description

We are always looking for experienced physios with the right skills and attitude to join our team!
We are exceptionally strong with regards our in-house service provision and therapist support system. We have robust clinical team management, mentoring, professional skill progression etc.

Our clients are predominantly self-funding well motivated private clients.
The role is very clinical with no management duties to speak of. It would suit a clinician that wants to focus on doing the best job they can for their clients with a team around them to support them to do this.
Ideally I'd like 3 years plus experience in MSK physiotherapy.

We have part-time hours in Lancaster, but can potentially look at a fulltime role between Lancaster and other clinics such as Burnley, Padiham or Bolton. Previous experience of working in a private organisation would be brilliant but is not essential - it is more important that you believe in our values and want to make us even more awesome!
We are driven, brilliant, creative, caring, supportive and committed.
We have big growth plans! We offer podiatry, physiotherapy (and much more) to self-funding patients and companies.

We're looking for:
* Brilliant patient-centred care
* Building rapport with patients and staff
* A team-player who wants to focus on continuing professional development in yourself and others

We offer loads of benefits - we want to support you, while you help us to grow.
We aren't just a stepping stone. We have built a reputational business that has been recognised for its excellence (we've won awards!) and we have accumulated clientele across the North West and North Yorkshire. We believe we are the best in our industry and we grow year on year, creating career opportunities for our team along the way. We're looking for someone that will share this drive and become an integral part of our family.
All of our staff get external course funding, as we believe that developing our clinical team is just as important as growing the company. Along with career progression, project work is also a big part of what we do too - we like to give our clinical team the chance to expand their specialist skills so we can help more people, more efficiently.
You will have an experienced team of clinical specialists around you and we love that everyone shares their expertise and knowledge, giving you the opportunity to make a difference throughout the business.
How nice would it feel to wake up determined and excited about your job, and go to bed knowing that you've changed people's lives?
It is just as important that we are the perfect fit for you, as you are for us

Below is a rundown for you on the role and benefits
What we can offer:
Contract - employed. This means that you get all the perks that we offer -
*Medical cash plan
*32 days holiday (incl bank holidays) - pro rata if part-time hours
*Funded external training
*Development plans
*In-service training (we do lots of this!)
We aim to follow the NHS bandings for guidelines on salary, however, we also look at experience and skills and suitability of a candidate to fit our growing team.
