Job Description

Maxxima is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Team Leader to fill a full time, permanent role in Norwich.

Situated between Rackheath and Wroxham, our client is a 10 bedded, Mental Health hospital for women with complex and challenging disorders who struggle in mainstream psychiatric settings. Individualised treatment and care programmes in a non-traditional environment which acts as an alternative to traditional low secure settings. Patients are aged between 17 and 65 years.

Your role will be to line manage, lead and co-ordinate clinical staff, working to maximise the effective use of resources and ensuring best clinical practice, delivery, treatment, support and care in an environment that is conducive to healing and recovery/

The salary for this position is between £36,000 - £40,000 per annum and is a full time position.

Requirements of the CTL role:

- You must be a registered RMN with the NMC
- You must have experience in managing a team
- You must be able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes of care
