Job Description

Maxxima is currently seeking an experienced Diagnostic Radiographer to fill a full time role in the South Coast. The candidate will be required to work weekdays and some weekend shifts over July and August. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of Radiography practices and be registered with the HCPC.

The starting pay rate for this locum Diagnostic Radiographer job is £20-24 per hour (through an umbrella company) and it is initially a 2 month contract, with potential for extension.

Diagnostic radiographer responsibilities include:

* Producing images to an optimum diagnostic quality
* Communicating with the radiography team members and liaising with other disciplinary teams
* Keeping accurate records and updating records when needed
* Ensuring a high standard of patient care is maintained throughout the placement

Requirements of the Diagnostic Radiographer role:

All applicants must have a relevant qualification in radiography and at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within a similar role.
