Maxxima is currently seeking an experienced DEPUTY TEAM MANAGER to fill a full time role in HAMPSHIRE The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of CHILDREN & FAMILIES Practices.

The starting pay rate for these locum Social Care positions is NEGOTIABLE and is initially a 3 month contract with potential for extension.


This is an exciting time at Hampshire Children's Services, as we begin to restructure; combining our CIN and R&A teams to ensure a better experience for the child and family. This position will be based in Farnborough, at Rushmoor Borough Council, although you will need to travel.

You will be expected to deliver effective services alongside the team manager, management of operations, resources, information and people. Supporting the team of social workers and support staff, including monitoring, planning and prioritising workload across the team. You will be expected to ensure good performance within your team, showing mutual respect, and addressing any issues as they arise.
It is an exciting time and a new journey for Hampshire County Council, therefore you will be expected to commit to this role, as one of four Assistant Team Managers of four separate CASTs within the Hart and Rushmoor district.
