Maxxima is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Service Manager to fill a full time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm permanent role in London. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of healthcare management practices.

The pay rate for this locum Clinical Service Manager job is £55,000 per annum and is permeant role due to start ASAP.

Our private client have an excellent new opportunity for a driven and experienced Clinical Services Manager who will be responsible for operational management of clinical services by providing day to day clinical leadership, management and operational direction in order to provide a seamless service to the clinical departments, clinicians and patients. you will be required to support the Head of Clinical Operations in the provision of day to day clinical leadership, management and operational direction in order to provide a seamless service to the clinical departments, clinicians and associated personnel.

Requirements of the Clinical Service Manager role:

- You must be a Registered General Nurse with a current NMC pin
- You must be educated to a masters or BSC degree level in related subject
- You must have previous oncology experience
- You must have previous clinical research and trials experience, including early phase trials
- You must have nursing management experience
- You must have Root Cause Analysis training or experience of involvement in carrying out investigations
