Maxxima are currently recruiting for an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist to work in a Community Eating Disorder Service for Children and Young People in Northampton.
This service is a countywide, psychology-led, day unit provision (community / outpatient) for eating disorders, which offers assessment and treatment to children and young people with a diagnosis.
The service works with children and young people who suffer from eating disorders such as Anorexia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder (BED), Bulimia Nervosa, Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified (EDNOS), or other similar eating, weight, and shape problems that have a strong emotional aspect to them.
All applicants must have a relevant qualification in Clinical Psychology - for example a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology - and preferably some post-qualification experience within the NHS or private sector. HCPC Registration is a necessary pre-requisite; any non-HCPC registered candidates will not be considered.
