Maxxima's Nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Specialist Diabetes Nurse Practitioner to fill a job role in Doddington, Cambridgeshire. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Diabetes care practices within the NHS.

This role within the NHS will require you to meet the needs of people with diabetes and their families, to provide expertise as part of dedicated diabetes teams and to support other health care professionals in the care they provide. You will be responsible for supporting independence and in helping people self-manage their diabetes more effectively.

The pay rate for this locum Band 7 Specialist Diabetes Nurse job is £27 per hour (Umbrella) and is a full-time, 3 month contract due to start ASAP.

Requirements and details of this Band 7 Specialist Diabetes Nurse vacancy:
  • You must be a registered general nurse, with a valid NMC pin.
  • You must have previous experience working with Diabetics
  • You must have worked in the NHS previously
  • You must be able to work as a team, as well as individually
