Job Description

Maxxima is currently seeking an experienced Band 7 Occupational Health Nurse to fill a full time role in Bedford.

The working hours are ideally Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, however there is some flexibility for the right candidate.

The team are accepting applications from highly motivated RGNs with either Diploma / Degree in Occupational Health, recorded on Part 3 of the NMC register with extensive occupational health experience.

You will have excellent, up-to-date knowledge of OH best practice and relevant legislation with an ability to apply this to practice and service delivery.

You will be expected to run your own management referral clinics as well as provide support to junior members of staff, participating in keeping an efficient and effective occupational health service running

The pay rate for this locum Band 7 Occupational Health Nurse job is £26.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is a 6 month contract due to start ASAP.

This post will appeal to a nurse with a strong foundation in Occupational Health clinical practice and experience in staff management as well as the ability to support the delivery of services across a large number of clients.

Requirements of the Band 7 Occupational Health Nurse role;
*You will be a Registered General Nurse on part 1 of the NMC Register
*Ideally hold a qualification within Occupational Health.
*Have relevant OH experience at Band 7 level within the NHS
