Maxxima is currently seeking an experienced Band 7 CPN Team Manager to fill a full time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm role in Basildon, Essex. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of older adults mental health practices within the NHS.
The pay rate for this locum Band 7 CPN Team Manager job is £28 per hour (Umbrella) and is a 3 month contract due to start ASAP.
This NHS role will require you to be responsible to provide effective leadership a clinical team and provide a high quality service within the recourses available within a defines area, and specifically to deliver on the following key areas;
Management of referrals including delivery of care
Performance monitoring and agreement
Line management and supervision of staff

- You must have previous experience within a management position
- You must have previous experience within an older adults community team
- You must have previous experience within the NHS
