Job Description

Maxxima's Nursing team are currently recruiting for a band 6 senior mental health practitioner to fill a full time, Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm job role in Wokingham. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of early intervention in psychosis practices within the NHS.

This NHS role would require you to work with patients who suffer from severe mental illness, from ages of 12 - 18 years old. You will provide assessments and treatments, and work closely within the early intervention team for psychosis.

The pay rate or this locum band 6 senior mental health practitioner job is £23 per hour (Umbrella) and is a full time, ongoing contract, due to start asap.

Requirements and details of this band 6 senior mental health practitioner vacancy:

* You must be a registered mental health nurse with a valid NMC pin
* You must have previous experience working with children and young people
* You must have previous experience working within early intervention psychosis
* You must have worked previously within the NHS
