Maxxima is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 RMN to fill a full time role in Ipswich. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of providing assessments and treatments.
This 16 bedded unit provides assessment and treatment for people who have enduring mental illness and who have also come into contact with the criminal justice system.
Assessments include the use of risk screening tools and involve all members of the multi-disciplinary team and fully incorporates the patient. Care plans are developed collaboratively with the patient.
Your role will be to work as shift co-ordinator within a team of various staff. You will be supervised by a Band 6 Charge Nurse however will be expected to run the day to day running of the unit in their absence.
The pay rate for this locum Registered Mental Health Nurse job is £20.00 per hour(Umbrella) with enhacements for night and weekend shifts and is a 3 month contract.
