Job Description

Maxxima Nursing Team is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse to fill a full time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm role in Maidstone, Kent. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of ADHD practices within the NHS.

The pay rate for this locum Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse job is £23 per hour (Umbrella) and is a 2 month contract due to start ASAP.

In this role, you will work within an NHS Neurodevelopmental & Learning Disabilities Team where you will be required to carry out assessment and treatment of ADHD Patients. You will be responsible for supporting the NLD team to assess and review children with ADHD.

Requirements of the Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse role:

- You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disabilities Nurse with a current NMC pin
- You must have previous experience working with learning disability issues including ADHD, within the NHS
- You must have previous experience using the RIO System and working within assessment and treatment
