Job Description

Maxxima's Nursing Team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Primary Care Link Worker to fill a full-time, 9am-5pm role in Enfield, North London. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of link working and assessment practices within the NHS.

Working within an NHS Mental Health Primary Care service, your role will be to screen and signpost all mental health concerns and referrals from the specific practices and to provide one off brief interventions. You will be required to provide an assessment and manage a caseload and ensure that clients feel enabled and empowered to make important decisions about the patients care.

The pay rate or this locum Band 6 Primary Care Link Worker job is £24.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is a 6 month contract, this is to start as soon as possible.

Requirements and details of this Band 6 Primary Care Link Worker vacancy:

*You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current NMC Pin
*You must have previous experience working within the NHS
*You must have previous experience working within mental health assessment
*You will ideally have previous experience of link working
