Job Description

Maxxima's Nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Health Visitor to fill a part time 9am - 5pm, 30 hours per week job role in South West London. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Health Visiting practices in the NHS.

Working with a specialist NHS Health Visiting service, you will provide specialist public health nursing care and advice to new families and infants. You will carry continuing responsibility for the assessment of health needs together with the development, implementation and evaluation of packages of care.

The pay rate or this locum Band 6 Health Visitor job is £26.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is a part time, on going contract, due to start asap.

Requirements and details of this Band 6 Health Visitor vacancy:

* You must be a registered nurse with a valid NMC pin
* You must have completed Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN - HV) training
* You must have previous experience within health visiting
* You must be Rio Trained
* You must have previous experience within the NHS
