Job Description

Maxxima has an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 CPN to fill a full time role in Ipswich. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of mental health in adults.

The pay rate for this locum Band 6 CPN job is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is a 3 month contract, working within the hours of 8am-8pm.

The Access and Assessment service is designed to make it easier for individuals to get the right mental health and social care service as quickly as possible. GPs and other referrers can call one number and this service triages the referral and directs them to the right place.

The Adult Routine Team is based out of Ipswich however working across Suffolk may be required. Your role will be to complete face to face assessments and making triage calls.

Requirements of the Band 6 CPN role:

- You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with the NMC
- You must have the ability to screen, risk assessment and face to face assessments
- You must have strong experience of working within adult mental health
