Maxxima's Nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Community Nurse to fill a full time, 8am-8pm, Monday - Sunday job role in Kempston, Bedfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of community nursing practices within the NHS.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with the Multi-Disciplinary Team
- Managing a caseload
- Providing Risk Assessments and Interventions
- Making important decisions about patient care
- Provide community assessment and treatment for those who need nursing in the community.

The pay rate for this locum Band 6 Community Nurse job is £23.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is a 3 month contract due to start ASAP.

Requirements and details of this Band 6 Community Nurse vacancy:

* You must have experience of working within a busy NHS community nursing service.
* You must have experience planning, evaluating and prioritising interventions for the patient and take responsibility for the delivery of care for the patient within their own home.
* You must have System One experience
* You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle
