Maxxima is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Commissioning Support Analyst to fill a full time, 9am - 5pm role in Central London. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of commissioning support and data analysis practices within the NHS.

The pay rate for this locum Band 6 Commissioning Support Analyst job is £150 per day (Umbrella) and is a 3 month contract due to start ASAP.

Information Analysts within the NHS have a leading role in the core function of data collection and analysis for the services delivered by the medicines management team; provide a specialist function, to collate, manage data; and support analysis, interpretation and presentation of data and information for the commissioning of National Tariff excluded medicines. The job will be focused on providing analysis of National Tariff excluded drug data, building reports with interpretation of the data that meet the needs of the team and the organisations being serviced. It will also involve providing analysis for other work streams such as Home Oxygen Services and Primary Care Epact analysis as required.

You will be required to support and inform the targeting of resources, monitoring, implementation and evaluation of the tasks/projects by providing high quality support including complex information and analysis, communications and stakeholder management. You must ensure accurate and open communication and co-ordination with a range of organisations and individuals, researching and drafting correspondence and papers and ensuring the management of specific tasks, lead reporting and analysis across a range of specialties, functions and projects

Requirements of the Band 6 Commissioning Support Analyst role:

- You must have previous experience within a data analysis
- You must have previous experience working within the NHS
