Maxxima is currently seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to fill a full time role in Haringey, North London. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of Early Intervention practices.
Your role as care coordinator will include the assessment, development and delivery of packages of care to people experiencing their first episode, or suspected first episode of psychosis. You will work with individuals and their families, providing support and evidence based interventions aimed at promoting recovery. Service users for this NHS team are aged between 18 and 35 years.
The pay rate for this locum Band 6 Care Coordinator job is £24.00 per per hour (Umbrella) and is due to start ASAP.
Requirements of the Band 6 Care Coordinator role:
- You must be a registered Mental Health Nurse with the NMC
- You must have previous NHS experience
- You must have previous experience of working with young adults
- You must be able to provide assessments and develop packages of care
