Job Description

Maxxima is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Care Co-ordinator to fill a full time role in Witney, Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of adults mental health care practices within the NHS.

The pay rate for this locum Band 6 Care Co-ordinator job is £24 per hour (Umbrella) and is a 3 month contract due to start ASAP.

This NHS role will require you to work within an Assessment Team who provide specialist mental health services to adults. You will work closely with other services such as GP Practices, Community Pharmacies, Children's Centres, School Charities, local Universities, Voluntary Groups and the County Council Services to make sure the patients get the best 'joined up' care.

Requirements of the Band 6 Care Co-ordinator role:

- You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current NMC pin
- You must have previous experience working with adults with varying mental health conditions
- You must have previous experience working within the NHS
- You must have a licence and access to your own vehicle
