Maxxima is currently seeking several Band 6 CAMHS Practitioners to fill full time, 5 days per week, 9am - 5pm roles in various locations in Cumbria. The ideal candidates will have an expert understanding of Mental Health and CAMHS practices.
The pay rate for these locum Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner jobs is £23 per hour (Umbrella) and is an ongoing contract due to start ASAP.
The various locations for these roles are Carlisle, Workington and Barrow/Kendal.
The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) assess and treat children, young people up to the age of 18 (and their families), who show signs of mental health difficulties. The CAMHS team members include a range of mental health professionals and specialists who are trained and experienced in working with young people and their families.
Requirements of the Band 6 CAMHS Practitioners role:
- You must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current NMC pin
- You must have previous experience working within the community
- You must have previous CAMHS experience
- You must have previous experience working within the NHS
- You must be a car driver
