Job Description

Maxxima's Nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 5 Registered Nurse to fill a full time role in Northamptonshire. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of community nursing practices within the NHS.

This role would require you to work with different community nursing teams around the Northampton area.

The pay rate or this locum Band 5 Registered Nurse job is £17.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is a full time 6-month contract, to start as soon as possible.

Requirements and details of this Band 5 Registered Nurse vacancy:

*We are looking for candidates who have experience of working within a busy NHS community nursing service.
*The candidate must be registered with the NMC.
*The candidate will be required to undertake comprehensive nursing assessments to identify the patients psychical and environmental needs; plan, evaluate and prioritise interventions for the patient and take responsibility for the delivery of care for the patient within their own home.
*The candidate will be required to attend to service users out in the community, therefore, a car driver is essential
