Maxxima Nursing Team is currently seeking an experienced Band 5 Community Nurse to fill a block booking role to work as part of a rota. Ideally you would be available for full-time hours. These roles are within NHS community Teams mainly with older people. Several locations are available across Dorset.
The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of community nursing.
The pay rate for this locum Band 5 Registered General Nurse job is £17.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is a temporary contract due to start ASAP.
This role will require you to see patients in their own homes or care home facilities to provide nursing care, including but not limited to: Venepuncture, Wound care, palliative care, Meds administration (including subcut and intramuscular injections, T34 CSCI and IV's), compression bandages and bowel care.
Requirements of the Band 5 Community Nurse role:
- You must be a Registered General Nurse with a current NMC pin
- You must have previous experience working within the community
