Job Description

Maxxima's Nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 5 ICT Nurse to fill a full-time role in Canterbury, Kent. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of unplanned intermediate care ICT.

Your role would include:
-Visiting the patients at their own home independently.
-Avoiding admissions and facilitating discharges from the hospital by providing nursing assessments and able to access for personal care if required.
-Issue simple equipment like wheeled Zimmer frames, commodes, etc.
-Be aware of safeguarding concerns.
-Manage a caseload

The pay rate or this locum Band 5 ICT Nurse job is £17 per hour (Umbrella) and is a full time 4-month contract, to start ASAP. You would be required to work a mixture of shifts, between Monday and Sunday, either 8am - 4pm, or 1pm - 9pm, to be discussed with the service.

*Must have previous experience of rapid response, treatment and monitoring in the community
*Must have skills in managing caseloads
*You must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
