Job Description

Maxxima's Nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 5 Community Nurse to fill a job role in Merton, South West London. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Community nursing practices in the NHS.

This role will require you to work as a Registered Nurse with the community nursing teams, providing evidence based, high quality, and holistic nursing care for patients in their own homes. You will be responsible for carrying out nursing assessments, treatment and care and liaising with other agencies as appropriate.

The pay rate or this locum Band 5 Community Nurse job is £20.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is a full time, ongoing contract, to start as soon as possible.

Requirements and details of this Band 5 Community Nurse vacancy:


* You must be a registered community nurse with a valid NMC pin
* You must have previous experience within the NHS community
* You must have previous experience handling equipment such as syringe drivers, changing catheters, and compression bandaging.
