Job Description

Maxxima is currently seeking Band 5 Community Nurses to work in and around the Birmingham area.

We have shifts available for dedicated Community Nurses in and around Birmingham. Shifts are booked in accordance with your availability and the needs of the teams, with multiple locations to choose from.

You will be responsible for the delivery of high quality care to patients within their own home, health centres and other community settings.

The pay rate for this locum Community Nurse job is £18.00 days, £22.00 Saturdays and £25.00 Sundays per hour (all Umbrella). Shifts are booked weekly with flexible timings, for instance 08:00-16:00, 08:30-16:30 09:00-17:00 and 08:00-18:00.

Requirements of the Band 5 Community Nurse role:

- You must be a registered Nurse with the NMC
- You must have strong basic Nursing skills and knowledge including catheters, venepuncture, wound care and injections
- Previous experience within the NHS is desirable
- You must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle
