Job Description

Maxxima is currently seeking several experienced Band 5 or 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to fill a full time, 9-5 Monday to Friday, role based in Hull or Holderness. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Mental Health practices.

The starting pay rate for this locum role is £18 - 23 per hour (Umbrella Rate) (Depending on Banding) and is 3 months initially with the possibility of extension to start ASAP.

Community Mental Health Teams for Hull and Holderness provide care and treatment for adults who experience moderate to severe mental health difficulties such as psychosis, mood and personality disorders and non-psychotic illnesses.

In this role you will be responsible for:
*Insuring needs of patients are met and in line with care plans
*Supporting the patient and their family or carers
*Being the patients main point of contact for the individual or their family/carer
*Developing Recovery focused care plans and carrying out risk assessments
*Sharing care plans/risk assessments with all agencies involved in the patients care
*Overseeing medication

Requirements of the role:
All applicants must have an updated NMC Registration.
All applicants must have experince within the NHS.
All applicants must have experince working within the community.
All applicants must be a car driver.
