Maxxima's Nursing team are currently recruiting for a band 5/6 community nurse to fill a full-time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm role in Reading,Berkshire. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of community practices within the NHS.

In this NHS role you will be required to work with patients with Acute and Chronic illnesses within the community. You will provide specialist nursing interventions, assessments, and end of life (or palliative) care.

The pay rate for this locum band 5/6 community nurse job is £17 - £23 per hour (Umbrella) and is a full time, 3 month contract, due to start asap.

* You must be a registered general nurse with a valid NMC pin
* You must have previously worked within the NHS
* You must have experience working in the community
