Job Description

Maxxima is currently seeking an experienced Band 3 Administrator to fill a full time role in Bury St Edmunds. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of [SPECIALITY] practices.

Your role as Ward Administrator will be to provide admin cover on wards, supporting the ward staff and maintaining patient information on clinical system. You will provide cover on reception, including phone calls, greeting visitors, room bookings and other front of house duties.

You will need to have strong skills in Microsoft Office, customer service and data inputting.

The pay rate for this locum job is £11.00 per hour per hour (Umbrella) and is a 3 month contract with potential for extension.

Requirements of the Band 3 Administrator role:

- You must have previous administration experience
- You must have skills in Microsoft Office and customer service
- Previous NHS/medical experience is desirable, but not essential
