Job Description

Maxxima Nursing Team is currently seeking an experienced Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to fill a full time role in Bournemouth.

Your role will be to assist and support the multi-disciplinary team with the day to day operations of the unit - this will embrace some administrative and clerical duties whilst also assisting with the provision and delivery of patient care. You will be responsible for communication with patients, their relatives and allied health care teams in a professional manner. You will escort patients and perform pre-procedure checks on patients, whilst also identifying an reporting any clinical risks.

You will also be responsible for stock levels and patient data entry whilst also providing support to the team.

The pay rate for this locum Band 3 HealthCare Assistant job is £10.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is a 12 month contract starting towards the end of November.

Requirements of the Band 3 Healthcare Assistant role:

- You will ideally have previous experience within a cath lab environment
- You must have Basic Life Support training
- You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
