Maxxima is currently seeking experienced ASSISTANT TEAM MANAGERS to fill a full time role in HAMPSHIRE. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of CHILDRENS Practices.

The starting pay rate for these locum Social Care positions is £36 and is initially a 3 month contract with potential for extension.


Hampshire is seeking a dynamic, experienced Assistant Team manager to support the Team manager in managing a busy Referral and Assessment/ combined Children in Need team [known as CAST 3] located in Farnborough, Hampshire. Farnborough is easy commute to the M3, A3 and M25. The teams are culturally diverse, as is the communities we serve. The Assistant team Manager role will be to help drive performance, authorise assessments, offer peer supervision, chair a variety of meetings, and advise/ drive staff on s. 17, s.47, court work etc. You will be expected to have a minimum of five years experience and to be clear on PLO processes, as well as have an eye for detail to help quality assure work produced by the team. You will be an essential car user and will need to own a car and have a full driving license.
