Maxxima is currently seeking experienced Senior Practitioners to fill a full-time role in Swindon. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of Social Care Services

The salary for these locum Social Care positions is £34 (Umbrella Rate) and is initially a 3 month contract with potential for extension.

8 Experienced Social Workers required for the North Team the candidates need to demonstrate a good level of knowledge and experience of safeguarding children. This includes working in court competently completing care proceedings. The team works generically, therefore, we will require excellent time management and workload management skills to ensure assessments and care planning for children are timely and outcome focussed. As a long term we need social workers to be committed to stay whilst still needed to reduce disruption for children.
